RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Domestic Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Cleaning and housekeeping duties to maintain the cleanliness and
orderliness of the Centre, ensuring that all areas are well-presented
and welcoming.
* Demonstrating a strong understanding of infection control
procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests and
staff.
* Providing exceptional customer service to guests, responding to
their needs and inquiries with professionalism and a friendly
demeanour.
* Assisting with restaurant duties, which include setting up dining
areas, cleaning tables, and supporting the overall dining experience.
* Collaborating with the team to ensure the smooth operation of
domestic functions within the centre.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or a similar role
is preferred.
* Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to
communicate effectively and courteously.
* Detail-oriented approach to cleaning and organizing spaces.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic
environment.
* Flexibility to assist with restaurant-related tasks when required.
